Supplier issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) outlining pricing, product specifications, origin, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Both parties review and execute the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) to formalize agreed commercial terms and procedures
Payment instruments, compliance procedures, and shipment documentation are arranged according to mutually agreed terms.
Goods are dispatched and delivered as per contract schedule with coordinated logistics and shipment tracking support.
